The Deciduous Forest maybe located in a few places like North-East (New England), Canada and in Europe like parts of Russia,Japan,China. This particular biome has four seasons ( winter, summer, spring, and autum). In the 3 to 4 months of winter the leaves on the trees fall off, everything goes gray and the animals hibernate( sleep through the winter), migrate ( move to a warmer place usually) and the bitter cold moves in. Then spring comes and the flowers blossom, the trees grow leaves, and the animals come out from their hidding places. As autum gets nearer the leaves start to turn different colors and eventually fall off.The seasons repeat themselves over and over. The terrain is not very mountanious. It's mostly plains so it's normal.

Acid Rain in Deciduous Forest:

http://www.elmhurst.edu/~chm/vchembook/196forests.html

Acid rain in deciduous forests causes leaf and reproduction damages to the trees.

Red spruce and Fraser firs are one of the trees that are effected by the acid rain. The most trees that are effected by the acid rain are the Conifers. The needles from the Conifers are being bathes in the acid droplets. Acid rain is the air pollution from burning fossil fuels. When it's exposed to the atmosphere, it reacts with the water to form sulfuric acid and nitric acid.
